Redefining mining through innovation
Onslow Iron's game-changing innovations are designed and developed by MinRes, minimising the project's environmental footprint, and increasing efficiencies.
Onslow Iron is one of the largest iron ore projects under development in Australia, set to unlock billions of tonnes of stranded deposits in the west Pilbara region. In May 2024, first ore on ship was achieved ahead of schedule. The project will ramp up to 35 million tonnes per year, with an expected mine life of more than 30 years.
Mineral Resources are committed to making a positive and sustainable impact in the local community. This includes establishing partnerships with key Onslow organisations, supporting community events and initiatives, and providing financial support through the MinRes Community Grant program.
