The CEO of the Onslow Chamber of Commerce & Industry (OCCI) is responsible for overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, and the execution of initiatives that support and advocate for local businesses. This hands-on role represents OCCI in stakeholder relations, driving regional economic growth, and engages actively with the local community. The CEO collaborates with the committee to set and achieve organisational goals, manages a small team, and ensures that OCCI remains a respected and sustainable resource for the Onslow business community.
Reporting to the CEO, the Administration and Finance Officer is responsible for overseeing and participating in the general admin and clerical duties to support the OCCI team as well as the coordination of the OCCI events, run by the OCCI team to support current members and with the potential to attract future members.
The Member Services Officer is responsible for managing and enhancing the relationship between the Onslow Chamber of Commerce and Industry and its members. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, understanding member needs, and facilitating opportunities that add value to their membership experience.
