Women of Onslow - Sound Healing delivered by Your Natural Energy System

As part of our Women of Onslow initiative funded by Woodside Energy, we are very excited to have Karen from Your Natural Energy System coming to Onslow to deliver a Sound Healing session for us.
What to expect from the session:
Sound vibrations have a powerful effect on our mind and body. Research shows us that sound healing can slow down our brain activity and encourage a dream like relaxed state. This can support physical emotional and mental health healing. Spiritually sound healing can release blocked energy from our meridians, chakras and the energy channels of the body and spirit creating a profound healing experience.
Karen calls in the ancestors, the elements and the spiritual beings to participate in her sound healing sessions to aid greater awareness and healing possibilities.
Sessions involve an introduction, welcome to country, the sound healing and an opportunity to share afterward.
Please feel free to bring along a mat, blanket and pillow to support your comfort and ability to relax. Also bring water to stay hydrated.
Lunch will be provided after the session.
